I already have a blog (not telling you <em>where</em>), but this...is an art blog.<br /><br />Having now christened this thing with a purpose, I've also condemned it to being probably the least-updated site on the wide world of Web. I don't do a whole lot of original artwork anymore, and I insist that <em>this</em> blog be populated only by the original furnishings of my mind. Of course, this is technically impossible, since I've found that ALL art is in some form derivative. But I'll do my best.<br /><br />To be even more relentlessly technical, I'm not really an artist. I'm an <em>illustrator.</em> There isn't any mystery to it, there's no winkling-out of hidden meanings or statements in my work...it all tells a story. Let's start off with this one--<em>Le Ballon Bleu,</em> from a little real-life fairytale told to me by my fabulous friend, Angel.
